This link will take you to a summary of a Pan American ride on an electric motorcycle. The full article was in the Sept/Oct 2016 issue of ADVMOTO magazine. An interesting thing in the article was the bike, a 2012 Zero, only needed 15 amps to charge, where the newer bikes require 16-25 amps. This means that his older bike could be charged just about anywhere without tripping the common 15 amp breakers, not possible with the newer bikes.
